Private counseling provides a warm and welcoming environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will work with you to develop a customized treatment plan that meets your unique needs. I offer a range of services including individual therapy, couples counseling, and parenting classes.

• Individuals: $110
• Couples: $125
• Parenting Classes: $100 per session 

 Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) is a 10-week, evidence-based, parenting program designed for parent(s) of children either 0-12yrs (standard) or 12-18yrs (teen). 

This program requires the purchase of the parent workbook in addition to the purchase of the course.

A NOTE ABOUT SERVICES

All services are provided virtually via a secure site for patients 18 years and older. 

Please keep in mind that these sessions are a reserved time just for you. If you are unable to make the appointment, it is required that you notify me via email or contact form 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a late cancelation fee (depending on insurance).
